Team Mauremys project leader Nguyen Duc Luong sets a trap for Mauremys annamensis at a site in Quang Nam province.  The Asian Turtle Program initiated a site-based conservation project in Quang Nam in September 2007 focused on protection of a pond and stream complex where Mauremys is confirmed to remain in the wild.
